What keeps AYE Market trustworthy — what's allowed, what isn't, and how enforcement actually works.

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Allowed on AYE Market

Anything you legally own or have the right to sell, listed honestly in the category it belongs to — across all 22 categories, from vehicles and property to services and food. Job postings must describe genuine openings; Jobs Wanted ads must describe genuine availability for work. Use real photos of the actual item, accurate prices, and truthful descriptions.

Never allowed — in any category

Spam & duplicate listings

Post each item once, in its correct category. Repeating the same listing, cross-posting one item into several categories, or flooding a category with near-identical posts gets listings removed and earns a warning — repeated, it earns a suspension.

Fraud & scams

Any attempt to deceive another user — fake listings, bait-and-switch pricing, fake payment confirmations, phishing links, impersonating a person or business — results in immediate listing removal and account suspension, usually permanent. Learn to recognize scam patterns in our Safety Center, and report anything suspicious.

Harassment & hate

Threats, hate speech, discriminatory language, sexual harassment, or targeted abuse — in listings, chat, reviews, job posts, or reports — is never tolerated. This applies regardless of who started it. Use the block button freely; use the report button when lines are crossed.

Intellectual property

Only use photos and text you own or have permission to use. Don't copy another seller's listing. If your copyrighted content was used without permission, email ayetechub@gmail.com with the listing link and proof of ownership — we investigate every claim.

How moderation works

  1. Reports — every listing, chat, and profile has a one-tap Report option with specific reasons. Reports land in a human moderator's review queue.
  2. Human review — a moderator evaluates the reported content against these Guidelines. We don't auto-ban on report counts alone.
  3. Action — proportionate to severity, per the ladder below. All enforcement actions are logged.
  4. Appeal — believe we got it wrong? Contact us via in-app Feedback & Support or email, and a human reviews the decision.

The enforcement ladder

False or malicious reporting made in bad faith is itself a violation of these Guidelines.
