- No credit/debit card numbers or bank account details — ever.
- No contacts list, call logs, or SMS content from your device.
- No microphone or background audio.
- No background location tracking — location is read only while you use location features.
- No advertising identifiers, and no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Security practices
- Encryption in transit — all traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS.
- Least-privilege access rules — server-side security rules restrict every read and write; e.g., only you can read your chats, only the verification team can open ID documents.
- Human-in-the-loop for sensitive actions — payment approvals, verification, and account deletion are performed by server-side functions only after a logged administrator action.
- Audit logging — administrative and destructive actions are recorded.
Data deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your account and data at any time — no email required, directly through our Account Deletion page. Deletion removes your login credentials, profile, listings, photos, CV, verification documents, payment records, and personal data. Messages you sent in shared conversations are anonymized rather than destroyed so the other person's chat history isn't broken. Full details on that page and in the Privacy Policy.
